On the afternoon of August 8, 2023, the "15th China Shenzhen Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition Yantian Preliminary Competition and the 'Science and Technology Innovation China' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Investment Conference (2023) Yantian Branch Finals and Awards Ceremony" concluded successfully at the Dabaihui Life and Health Industry Park in Yantian District. In this highly competitive competition, Spray Biotechnology, with its outstanding innovative project, successfully won second prize and became a shining star of the competition.
Since its launch on June 3rd, this year's competition has attracted widespread global attention, receiving 118 entries from seven key sectors: next-generation information technology, high-end equipment manufacturing, new energy, new materials, new energy vehicles, energy conservation and environmental protection, and biomedicine. After rigorous preliminary screening and a series of semi-finals, only nine projects emerged victorious, securing a spot in the finals. This demonstrates the intensity of the competition.
At the finals, the representatives of Langhua Bio made an outstanding project presentation, fully demonstrating the innovation, technical feasibility, uniqueness of the business model and broad market prospects of the company's projects, and won high recognition from the judging panel composed of senior industry experts, investment giants, project experts, etc., and finally stood out and won the second prize.

Spray Biotechnology was founded by Dr. Zhang Ping. A postdoctoral fellow at Harvard and MIT, Dr. Zhang studied under Professor Robert Lander, a member of the National Academy of Sciences. For over twenty years, between the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Harvard and MIT, his research focused on biodegradable polymer materials. After completing his studies, he worked at Wuhan University of Technology, in pharmaceutical and medical device companies, and in his own entrepreneurial endeavors, always pursuing research in the field of polymer materials and their applications.
